Campsite Supervisor  | Seasonal

Roles available at Selson Farm & Lathe Barn: Mid-April – Mid-September

Job Description:

We are looking for a hardworking, dedicated individual to join our growing team as a Campsite Supervisors at both our Selson Farm and Lathe Barn sites for the 2026 season. In this role, you will work closely with the Campsite Manager, ensuring our guests have a fantastic stay in a vibrant, high-energy environment.This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys the outdoors, takes pride in delivering exceptional service, and is looking for a responsible role within a supportive team.

About the Role
As a Supervisor, you will have responsibility for the smooth operation of the site during your shifts. You aren't just overseeing tasks; you are leading by example and "mucking in" to maintain our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Deputising for the Campsite Manager when they are off duty and managing the activities of the campsite assistants during your shifts.
  • Guest Experience: Helping customers with queries and ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional stay.
  • Operations: Managing the onsite shop, making hot drinks, and overseeing the pizza kitchen and cocktail bar.
  • Make hot drinks and run the onsite shop
  • Site Standards: Ensuring all facilities are kept clean and serviceable, and handling bell tent turnarounds for arriving guests.
  • Activities: Coordinating the delivery of our in-house Arts and Craft and Bushcraft activities.
  • Problem Solving: Identifying any onsite issues and ensuring they are effectively communicated to the Campsite Manager.

You will be:

  • Customer-Focused: Naturally confident when dealing with both guests and staff members.
  • Hardworking & Flexible: Happy to work outside and tackle any job, from cleaning to cocktail making.
  • Happy to muck in with all the jobs and enjoys working outside
  • Experienced (or Keen to Learn): While hospitality experience is preferred, we value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Calm Under Pressure: Capable of maintaining high levels of service during busy periods.
