Welly wanging – Saturday evening/ Sunday morning

Welly wanging is a serious sport (no we promise you we’re not kidding!) but we hope to have a little fun with it! Fun fact… the furthest recorded throw was in Finland in 1996 at 63.98m!

There will be a kids and adults competition and a prize for the furthest throw each Saturday. Each weekly winner will be entered into a draw at the end of the season to win 2 nights in a bell tent in 2021. So get that throwing arm ready and join us by the shop and wang a welly as far as you can!

Table Tennis – Available Daily

We have an outdoor table tennis table in the communal area outside the shop. We ask for a deposit to hire the bats, but this is refunded in full when they are returned to us.

Why not arrange a mini tournament or just practice your ping pong skills with friends or family!

The Retreat – Daily
Kitted out with table and benches, filled with games inside and out, such as giant jenga, badminton and swing ball, as well as colouring in for all ages, this is the perfect place for the kids to gather and be entertained as individuals or groups. Its also a great social area for the evenings as somewhere to sit and relax away from your tent!

Pop-up Cinema nights – Saturday and Wednesday during school holidays
Family films from about 5pm, free to view at our pop up cinema in the Retreat tent – fun for big and little kids.

Films and times will be advertised on site, just turn up, but don’t forget the popcorn!
