Terms & Conditions

In order for all guests to enjoy the Fallow Fields feeling we kindly ask all guests to respect the following terms and conditions at all times. We reserve the right to request guests, not observing these conditions to leave the campsite with immediate effect and without refund.

Please note: we DO NOT accept caravans, motorhomes, and transit vans are only allowed on site with prior agreement.

Noise – we are a family campsite, please respect your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9.30pm, musical instruments and music are permitted for your own enjoyment, not the whole campsite.

Tent pitches – we have 55 bring your own tent pitches. You are permitted up to six guests per pitch. There are no pre-allocated pitches, please ensure when pitching you leave at least 3 metres between tents. Any additional guests must be agreed with us prior to your arrival. We reserve the right to refuse 1) additional guests, 2) guests if the details given are incorrect.

Bell tents – we have 10 furnished bell tents for hire. You are permitted up to four guests per bell. Any additional guests must be agreed with us prior to your arrival. We reserve the right to refuse 1) additional guests, 2) guests if the details given are incorrect.

Group bookings – we accepts groups, but bookings are taken at the owner’s discretion; guests are advised that this is a family-friendly site and excessive noise is not tolerated. It is the responsibility of the person booking to make sure that the group is aware of the terms & conditions.

Unaccompanied adults – we do not accept bookings from unaccompanied adults aged 21 or under.

Dogs – well-behaved dogs are welcome on tent pitches (not bell tents), but must be kept on leads at all times. Please observe areas of permitted access when walking dogs and clean up responsibly.

Payment – payment in full in required within 7 days of your booking being confirmed by cheque or bank transfer. Details will be sent with your booking confirmation.

Refunds & cancellation – in the event of a cancellation, we are not able to offer refunds, we are also not able to provide refunds in the event of leaving early. In the event of a cancellation by us, our liability shall be limited to the return in full the monies paid.

Arrivals – on arrival all guests must report to reception. arrivals are from 2pm to 8pm. If you are going to be later than 8pm please let us know and we will see if we can accommodate you. You will be issued with a tag which confirms your payment and must be attached to your tent at all times.

Departures – please vacate by 11am on day of departure, pitches and bell tents must be left in the state they were found and be clear of all rubbish.

Parking – please park with consideration of others, at busier times a parking area may be in operation.

Campfires – we encourage campfires, but they must be off the ground in fire pits. Fire pits can be hired, and wood purchased on site. You are not permitted to collect wood from the farm.

BBQs – must be raised off the ground, no BBQs are to be positioned directly onto the grass.

Speed limits – the speed limit is 5mph on the farm.

Farm safety – Please ensure you keep to the designated farm area for campers. This is a working farm and vehicles will be passing close to the campsite area. Please ensure your children are properly supervised and be aware of where your children are and what they are doing at all times.

Site damage – site facilities left in an unsatisfactory state, and any damage above reasonable wear and tear will incur extra charges.

Rubbish disposal – please keep the site tidy at all times and on departure clear your pitch / bell tent of all rubbish using the provided facilities. Please take home any broken tents and equipment.

Emergency contact – there will be a member of the fallow fields team available 24/7 for emergencies. This number can be found at reception and in your welcome info sheet

Liability – the owners of the farm and Fallow Fields Camping Ltd park are absolved of all liability for accidents to tents, and guests and from any responsibility for loss or damage to personal property.
